CYIPRO’s Timesheet makes it possible for each employee to monitor their own workload and align their performance with your organization’s goals.

 

• Each time a Task is updated, time spent on that Task is automatically calculated in the Timesheet.
• The Timesheet allows employees to view what they worked on and how much time was spent on it each day.

 

Now you can see what type of work you have accomplished, you can also see how much it cost the company to pay you to do that work. This may seem a bit unfair to some in the beginning, however, when staff view their work, it becomes an eye opener. This can be twofold, one reason being they didn’t realize how much they were accomplishing – they may ask for a justified raise. Secondly, they may realize they are just barely getting things done or there is just one thing they don’t do that well – the benefit here is that now they can solve their own problem, enhancing the overall organization.
