CYIPRO Management
Three Steps that get you started using CYIPRO and its solutions.
- Simply take your organization chart and create your organization' divisions using CYIPRO.
- Establish a division manager per your organizational structure.
- Each Division manager can now create teams to accomplish the mission of their division.
- OPTIONAL: Division managers can setup vocabulary terms that represent a category. If not setup now, staff can fill-in a vocabulary term that they think represents their work as the work on tasks. Division managers can always reject and revise at a later date.
CYIPRO Benefits
- Division managers can view a report to show (per team, project, task, person and/or vocabulary term) time spent, total cost of work performed and have total accountability.
- Division managers can establish subject matter experts (SME) per vocabulary term.
- The SME can provide quality control and assurance on work that is associated to the term they are assigned.
- The SME can evaluate work that is associated with their vocabulary term and save a common template with a baseline to be used by the staff while performing tasks.
- Staff can reuse the templates to perform the work and they can revise the template for possible improvements.
- Division managers can measure performance per person doing the work and can view trends of the performance.
- Division managers can review and manage the vocabulary to ensure all work is being correctly categorized, performed right and within the performance baseline set by their SME.
- All work is being captured, saved and is available for full text search within the organizational taxonomy (divisions, teams, vocabulary, people)
