Helpdesk Integrated
CYIPRO’s integrated helpdesk functionality exists in three types – online product help, technical support, and staff request.

The online product help and technical support are probably already familiar to you. Online Product Help will help you learn how to use the system. Technical Support allows you to submit questions and concerns about how the system works. The Staff Request is a less common type of helpdesk. You can submit a question to a specific division, such as to HR or Finance, to request the latest copy of the employee manual or ask a question about your W-2, for example. All three types of helpdesk are integrated into CYIPRO and easy to access from any page.
